This "agreement" was created as a Christmas gag gift for a friend who really is demanding, but doesn't see himself that way. He makes Sheldon Cooper and his Roommate Agreement seem logical and necessary.
He was not too pleased when he started to read it and took offense to it! EVERYONE else in our circle loved it. They laughed because it was so ridiculously outlandish, but cringed because they knew this was exactly how he operates!
I modified it here but I'm sure it could be specified for anyone's needs. A request in the comment section could get you your own personalized version GRATIS!
It is funny though. There are a couple others I created that will be posted soon enough.
